Goodbye 2009; Hello 2010
To celebrate the New Year we spent a night on the town with Brother Jake and Aleks. We started the evening with dinner at Mama Marias in East Grand Forks. We enjoyed our Italian meal as true North Dakotans by ordering mussels marinara followed by a gigantic greasy pizza. Yum!
For the ball drop, we walked across the street to The Toasted Frog where we were serenaded by a live jazz band. We also tried some of their New Years specials, which included more seafood and a second dessert of espresso creme brulee. They also provided us with New Years accessories and a champagne toast.
