The rodeo arrived in Grand Forks with spurs and cowboys and fringed chaps. This is the second year in a row The Cutlers have attended the Professional Championship Bullriders PCB Tour at the Alerus Center. 
John Wayne couldn't make it to the event this year, but the local cowboys were pretty entertaining to watch. Unfortunately, no one sported the super cool eye patch.
