Betty Crocker-Not

Since cupcakes are all the rage these days, I decided to test my baking skills for Anna's Birthday on Saturday. My amateur "gourmet" cupcakes looked alright initially, but with some warm temps they quickly turned into a pile of goo. At least they still tasted good and our friends were kind enough to eat them.

Strawberry Lemonade Cupcake
This one was served with and without coconut.

S'mores Cupcake
This one included a graham cracker layer and toasted marshmallow.
