Sixty

For Papa's 60th birthday, The Cutlers headed down to the Twin Cities to celebrate at the Minnesota Zoo. This was Norah's first zoo experience and she fit right in. She enjoyed her fair share of animal and people watching. In her eyes, most of the animals were "dogs", which led to a lot of excited finger pointing and attempts to free herself from the confinement of her stroller. A girl just has to get up close and personal when it involves furry creatures.

Although the weather limited our ability to spend much time outside, we still accomplished a lot....
Sweated with the gibbons and flamingos in the tropics exhibit.
Stared down a penguin.
"Guys, guys, do you see those monkeys over there?! Like really, do you see them?! Over there! There! Can I get out and pet them?!"
Found Uncle Jake's doppelgänger  in the aquarium.
Checked out the local wildlife on the Minnesota Trail.
Stretched our legs near the Russian bear exhibit.
Last but not least, we experienced Lacey's Mandatory Staged Family Photo-op; brought to you by The Wiggly Toddler and The Wind.
